	Beverly Hilby has over 25 years experience in cargo claims processing, prevention and recoveries. She is a founding member of the Certified Claims Professional Accreditation Council and maintains her credentials by participating in Claims related programs and by instructing claims courses from basic claims handling to advanced claims recoveries.
	Beverly Hilby has worked for small and large companies gaining broad experience in all modes of transportation and related cargo claims investigation and handling procedures.
	While working for Mattel Toys she headed up a department of eight claims processors and developed an extensive claims prevention program.
	As Marine and Aviation Claims Supervisor at the Insurance Company of North America (CIGNA) she gained knowledge of inland and ocean cargo liability insurance policies. She represented air and motor carriers as well as shippers and receivers of cargo throughout the world.
	Working as a paralegal for Dennis J. Seider, Maritime attorney, and Mary Kay Reynolds, Transportation attorney, has provided invaluable experience in claim negotiations and resolutions.
	This extensive background in cargo claims has led to the formation of Beverly Hilby's Cargo Claims Service.
